“My interest in natural medicine and energy healing was prompted by my own health issues. Disillusioned and depressed at the lack of support within the health system I was fortunate enough to find a nutritionist and naturopath who set me on my healing journey.

Inspired and fascinated by what I was learning as my own health improved, I started to work at a deeper level, exploring how past traumas, emotions and beliefs can affect the body, eventually training in energy medicine myself.”
